Biography
The Quantum Dots are a musical collective based in Portland, Oregon. They produce highly cinematic songs that fuse ambient soundscapes with soaring vocals and guitar work that can vary from textural to grinding. Guest musicians such as Jyri Glynn from The Sins contribute additional instrumentation such electric violin, flute and didgereedoo.
Eric plays guitar, keyboards, bass when he has to, and electric mandolin on occasion. He also does most of the programming and production.
Dean is the main Quantum Dot vocalist. He is also an amazing multi-instrumentalist, effortlessly switching between drums, guitar, bass, whatever.
